This circuit diagram is labelled "The Hayes Company, London, England".

It also has a handwritten note on the back from "Ron" to "Ken". I
suspect this means it was from Ron Sheppard to Ken Hart and seems
to be a design that Ron did for the Hayes Company. (Armstrong used
to do many designs/units for other companies pre-1960.)
